For Sale by Owner

For Sale By Owner (or FSBO, pronounced "fizz-bo") is a real estate term that indicates property currently for sale without a real estate agent. It can also refer to the seller of such property.

In most cases this is done to save having to pay a comission to a real estate broker.

Matt Groening first came up with the Simpsons in the lobby of James L. Brooks' office. He had been called in to pitch a series of animated shorts, and had intended to pitch the Life in Hell series. Realizing that he would need to rescind his publication rights for his life's work, and needing to create a new idea, he sketched out his version of a dysfunctional family. He named the characters after his own family.

The Simpson family first appeared as shorts on The Tracey Ullman Show, with the first short, "Good Night," airing on April 19, 1987.

Venture

The Chevrolet Venture was a minivan produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors from 1997 to 2005 model years. It replaced the Chevrolet Lumina APV. Visually identical minivans were also was sold in Europe as the Opel Sintra, and in the UK they were badged as a Vauxhall. Opel assisted in the development of the minivan as well. During the 2005 model year, the Venture (along with the Astro) was replaced by the similar Chevrolet Uplander.

MSDS

Material safety data sheet or MSDS is a form containing data regarding the properties of a particular substance.
